I was thinking today that I wanted to thank Mr. Arbuckle for the informal apprenticeship in Wicked Humour that he has provided to me here on the Wheel over the last…how many years has it been, my friends? We’ve known each other for what…almost twenty years now?
Can that possibly be correct?!? Goodness! Well, the special Arbuckle Biting Humour of Mr. Arbuckle Sr., which has been lovingly passed down by Fatwa Arbuckle Jr., has stood me in good stead and I can see that it will be of great use as we stumble our way through 2021. Even as an egg the power of the Arbuckle technique is awesome to wield and leaves the unprepared gawping and in hysterics as I flick my little bent wand and make my escape.
So, many thanks, Fatwa! You are one of the most consistently funny people I know and stealing your jokes makes me sound smart and witty.
Had some light snow this afternoon, but nothing stuck to the ground. I see we are looking at a low of 26 for Monday, so I would not be surprised to see some ice. Don’t know what to expect day to day.
